  2.      this is the program that you have been waiting for...  ARC is
  3. now available for the Atari ST...  you need to download the two files
  4. called ARC.TTP and ARC.ARC...  perform the following instructions to
  5. obtain more extensive directions for ARC...
  6.            double-click-left on ARC.TTP icon from desktop
  7.            open application box should appear
  8.            type the next line and hit return afterwards
  9.            X ARC.ARC *.*
  10. now you may read ARC.DOC to learn how to use the ARC utility...
